Very strong winds and heavy rain across the north of England and throughout Scotland is likely to affect journeys to, from and via these areas. Stormy weather can severely impact the railway, with debris blown across the lines, slippery rails, power cuts and other treacherous conditions, leading to delays, diversions and cancellations.
Tickets dated or valid on Friday 24 January 2025 can be used any day from Thursday 23 January 2025 to Tuesday 28 January 2025
