Platform 2 (for trains towards Bournemouth and Poole) is accessed either via a RoW across the nearby residents' car park (step-free but uneven) from the 'Station Approach' (private road but part leased to NR), or by 25 steps from Beaulieu Road overbridge.

Interchange can only be made via road overbridge. There is no footway along road.
