Step free access to Platform 1 (to Treherbert) from the street. Step free access to Platform 2 (to Pontypridd) from station car park. 

There is no step free access between platforms at the moment. Lifts have been installed in th Bus Interchange but will not be operational until October 2024. Please see station signage for the step free walking route between platforms.
